创业板首家公布年报的同花顺果然不负众望。其2009年业绩增长超过九成，公司同时还推出了高送转方案。而在这份靓丽的年报披露之前，同花顺的二级市场股价也没有出现大幅波动。
同花顺今日公布了2009年度业绩，其归属于母公司净利润为7474万元，同比增长94.90%。作为第一家披露年报的创业板公司，同花顺给出了每10股派现3元转增10股的年度利润分配预案。
公司2009年度实现营业收入1.91亿元，同比增长62.59%；实现每股收益1.48元。营业收入较上年同期增长主要系资本市场的发展，促进证券网上交易和互联网金融信息服务业务的发展。随着2009年经济的复苏，证券市场快速回升，投资者人数逐年大幅增加；此外，网上交易的投资者数量不断增长，根据中国互联网络信息中心（CNNIC）的最新数据，2009年，网络炒股用户规模为5678万人，同比增长67%。
与其他上市公司相比，同花顺的销售毛利率显然较高。公司2009年的销量毛利率达90.29%。报告期内，公司综合毛利上升15.76%，原因主要是产品结构发生变化，2008年度，公司推出的TopView产品需支付较高信息使用费，导致毛利率大幅下滑。2009年，TopView产品停止销售，公司推出了毛利率较高的高端产品同花顺大机构，使得2009年成本下降幅度较大。因此，2009年毛利率较2008年有较大幅度的上升。
值得称赞的是，在这份靓丽年报推出之前，同花顺二级市场股价并没有发生较大波动。在董事会审议年报及分配方案前，公司主动向交易所申请停牌避免消息泄露。
记者同时观察到，近期创业板市场正在降温。昨日，深交所创业板交易的４８只股票开盘报跌的多达４３只，随后的反弹中飘红的个股虽有所增加，但持续时间短暂，成交清淡，到收盘时报跌的个股仍为４３只，占比为８９．５８％；其中２８只个股跌幅超过２％。
日前受到爆炒的赛为智能当日成为“弃儿”，以跌停报收，居跌幅榜首位；亿纬锂能下跌４．６３％，排跌幅榜次席。
昨日，创业板２７只个股创出了上市以来的新低，占比达５４％，其中，上海凯宝当日低见３８．２６元，进一步接近了３８元的发行价。
全日创业板股票成交总额为２１．３９亿元，比上个交易日大幅减少３９．８１％。 |
