WCG2009世界电玩大赛中华台北代表队10日下午抵达中国大陆四川成都，原本中华台北代表队选手为9人、挑战5个比赛项目，但据中华台北代表队副领队石世苓指出，《反恐精英》队伍UMX出发前夕有部分成员疑感染新流感H1N1，因而无法前往成都参赛。

在《反恐精英》项目无法参赛后，中华台北代表队此次将由4名选手杨家正、吴钧猷、林君达、刘佑辰参赛，分别挑战PC组《星际争霸》、《魔兽争霸3：寒冰王座》、《TrackMania》与手机组《Asphalt4》。四名选手昨日入住离比赛场地世纪城新国际会展中心相当近、步行可达的选手村世纪城假日酒店。

WCG世界电玩大赛一开始在韩国举行，从2004年选择在美国旧金山登场后，开始轮流在世界各地举办，包括新加坡、意大利、美国西雅图、德国科隆等，每年参赛国家与选手规模不断扩大，去年科隆举行的WCG2008世界电玩大赛达78国、约800名选手参赛。WCG2009世界电玩大赛预定今日下午5时在成都举办开幕典礼，正式揭开大赛序幕，从明天开始展开一连串赛事，来自各地选手将卖力争取世界冠军的荣耀。

《魔兽争霸3：寒冰王座》项目吴钧猷 C 组初赛第一场就是硬仗，他将面对 2004 年与去年 WCG 《魔兽争霸3》世界冠军荷兰选手 Grubby，接下来将与韩国选手 SK.WhO、马来西亚选手 Ctserry 与波兰选手 Terror 交手，以争取晋级前八强。

杨家正

《星际争霸》项目，杨家正依抽签为 B 组，他将面对中国大陆选手 FengZi、智利选手 tOsKY、俄罗斯选手 ROX.KIS.BRAT_OK、马来西亚选手 johnrambo 与韩国 IEF 第一名 Stork；杨家正面对强敌 Stork ，由于将会在虫族打神族他较有把握的地图，因此他会力拼克敌致胜，而为了延续比赛手感，他在出国前一天还到网吧拼命练习了一整天，希望能够赢得好成绩。

林君达

至于林君达在《TrackMania》初赛 C 组对手为印度、韩国等选手，他个人预估有一半以上的机会可以晋级，但顺利晋级后有可能遇上超级高手级的瑞典选手，因此一切力求要稳扎稳打。

刘佑辰

手机组《Asphalt 4》选手刘佑辰初赛所在 B 组高手云集，包括世界冠军新加坡等选手齐聚一堂，初赛就是场硬仗，刘佑辰将全力以赴。
