综合管理类就是一般公务员,就是招过去后从事一般文员的工作,它是区别于专业技术类的.中央机关综合管理类就是考上后在北京总部工作的,垂直管理系统综合管理类就是考上后到该招考单位所在地工作的.如审计署本身叫中央 国家机关,审计署驻西安办事处叫中央垂直管理系统综合管理类.
