国际项目融资是指什么
国际项目融资（project finance)是指向一个特定工程项目提供贷款，贷款人依赖该项目所产生的收益作为还款的资金来源，并将经营该项目的资产作为贷款人的附属担保物的一种跨国融资方式。
国际项目融资的特征：第一，政府提供间接保证。第二，融资安排以项目为导向，依赖于项目的现金流量和资产，而非项目投资人本身的资产和实力。第三，项目贷款人的追索权受到限制。第四，风险分担。为了实现项目融资的有限追索，对于与项目有关的各种风险要素需要以某种形式在项目投资者、借款人以及与项目开发有直接或间接利益关系的其他参与者和贷款人之间分担，使项目中没有任何一方单独承担起全部项目的风险责任。第五，融资结构复杂，融资时间长，融资成本高。
