近日杂志社接到举报，有不法分子冒充编辑部名义征稿，并非法编辑出版《法制与社会》2007年第11期。现将假刊特征公布如下：
1、封二征稿函最后一行假刊网址为：www.cnki.net
2、假刊版权页投稿邮箱为：fzysh@yahoo.com.cn
3、假刊目录占用3个页码
4、假刊目录第一个栏目为“法学研究”，所列文章前三篇依次为：
（1）、《道德法律化之限制》
（2）、《对限制离婚自由的思索》
（3）、《对刑事诉讼中证人不出庭作证问题的探讨》
5、假刊页码为214页
6、假刊文字粗糙，遗漏及错误处较多
以上假刊系未经我社授权的非法出版物，假刊上发表的文章在中国期刊网上检索不到，不能用做任何评定职称、奖学金之用。杂志社近期将逐一通知假刊上发文作者所在单位。上当作者请速联系编辑部作善后处理。
请广大读者仔细辩认，认清以下官方信息，谨防上当受骗。
